Carol Financials collects only information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, non-sensitive Money Clarity Check responses, quiz result, professional role or industry, general money concern, life goal, and booking details. Quiz submissions are processed through Formspree. Scheduling is processed through Calendly and connected calendar or video services, under their own privacy terms.
Email is used to deliver requested results, respond to enquiries, administer bookings, or discuss coaching. Marketing messages are sent only with separate opt-in consent. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary, and access, correction, or deletion requests may be made through the confirmed business email. Carol Financials provides educational coaching—not investment, tax, legal, insurance, or accounting advice. No financial products are sold and no product commissions are received.
